A gentle practice designed to restore the central nervous system and release deep tension with the use of a suspended hammock.
This class starts with deep rhythmic breathing to assist in brining us into the moment. Incorporating stillness or movement into every pose/position. Relaxing and holding that pose for a longer period of time to surrender and allow the body to be held by your silk hammock. We slowly transition from position to position. We end every class in Shavasana for a guided meditation

This series is perfect for beginners, 50+ or just to relax and restore!
NOTE: You may need to adjust your hammock so it is suspended anywhere between 8" to 12" inches off the ground.
