  • Leg Flow

    A combination of movement and poses that will build strength, increasing balance and improving focus. We start off slow and progressive allowing you to build and move throughout your natural flow.

  • Upper Body Flow

    A combination of movement and poses in series, sequence and flow allowing you to practice, evolve and progressively move through each movement.

  • Downward Dog Flow

    A combination of movement and poses in sequence and flow allowing you to practice, evolve and progressively move through each movement. Moving from a downward dog positions into a skyward facing dog by elevating the legs and flying. Playful and progressive!

  • Inverted Plank Flow

    This beautiful flow will have you moving in and out of your hammock. Starting in a cocoon position, to a shoulder stand, to an inverted plank position, this full body flow is a great workout for your core, balance and overall strength.
